An employer based out of Colorado is looking to bring on a Customer Experience Specialist on their team. This is a growing broadband company that provides fiber internet to home and small businesses. This individual will be responsible for greeting customers, visitors, and anyone who comes through the office. They will be joining a team that handles all incoming tasks that include onboarding all new customers, account questions, and interdepartmental communication. Daily tasks might include billing questions, billing inquires, and general customer support. This team is the face of the company and needs to provide a high sense of care and urgency. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity paying $20/hr W2 and requires 5 days on-site in Evans, CO.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
